The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to document requirements, analyze processes, and support solution delivery. Required Skills: • 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience • Requirements Gathering & Documentation • SDLC (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) • AS-IS & TO-BE Process Mapping • Business & Functional Requirements • Stakeholder Management and JAD Sessions • UAT Support • SOW Development and IT Procurement Support • Process Flow Diagrams & Workflow Analysis Preferred Skills: • Government/Public Sector experience • Jira, ServiceNow, Visio, SharePoint, Balsamiq • Vendor Management and Procurement Documentation Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
