Senior Insight Analyst
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior Insight Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to various programmes within the NHS.
You will bring your technical analytical expertise to the forefront, helping to drive projects and optimise processes as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Role Scope:
• Full time hours - 37.5 per week
• A fixed-term agreement to March 2026
• A remote work schedule

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Utilise SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, and analyse large data sets.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop excellent relationships and support effective communication to ensure data integrity and the implementation of data-driven improvements.
.Knowledge & Skills:
• Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in a specialist area such as data science/health economics.
• Proven experience in a data analysis role, preferably gained within the NHS or Healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, whilst R & Python are desirable.
• You will have an understanding of healthcare data sources, NHS data standards, and information governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and accessible manner.
