Source One is a consulting services company and weβre currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant to our direct client, a ride-sharing autonomous vehicle company in Foster City, CA.
Title: Senior Integrated Planner Analyst (Contract)
Pay Rate: $104/hr (W-2)
Work Schedule: 5 days in office, Monday to Friday, standard hours
Business driver of role: The Program Management Office (PMO) supports some of the company's most complex, cross-functional decisions and programs. When needed, members of the PMO will roll up their sleeves and work hand in hand with engineering and operations to solve issues that arise. The Program Management Office (PMO) is establishing a new Integrated Planning function to create a single source of truth for our company objectives and drive visibility into our critical path. We are looking for a Senior Integrated Planner Analyst to be a foundational member of this team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building the processes, tools, and best practices for integrated planning from the ground up. You will partner directly with Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and leadership to map dependencies, identify risks, and ensure our cross-functional teams are aligned to meet our ambitious milestones.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with PMO leadership to define, implement, and document the standards and best practices for integrated planning at the company.
- Develop and maintain high-level, integrated master schedules that connect multiple program and project plans into a single, cohesive view.
- Own the change management of the integrated master schedule.
- Analyze program schedules to identify, monitor, and visualize the critical path for key company objectives, highlighting key dependencies and resource constraints.
- Collaborate with and support Technical Program Managers (TPMs), providing them with analysis, tools, and coaching to ensure their program schedules align with the integrated plan.
- Conduct "what-if" scenario analysis to model the impact of schedule changes, technology risks, or scope adjustments on our top-level goals.
- Generate and present clear, concise reports and dashboards on program status, critical path health, and risk to senior leadership.
- Help evaluate, select, and configure the planning and scheduling software tools required to scale our integrated planning capabilities.
- Develop and deliver training materials to ensure the successful adoption of new tools and processes across the organization, driving user proficiency and engagement.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or business-related field.
- 8+ years of experience in program scheduling, integrated planning, or technical program management (with a focus on scheduling) in a complex hardware/software environment.
- Deep expertise in critical path methodology (CPM) and schedule risk analysis.
- Proven ability to build and maintain complex, resource-loaded, and integrated master schedules.
- Advanced proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planisware, Planview, or similar).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and guide cross-functional partners (like TPMs) who are not direct reports.
- A "builder" mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and experienced in creating new processes where none existed before.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field or PMP/PMI-SP certification.
- Experience in the autonomous vehicle, robotics, aerospace, or automotive industries.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and their integration with scheduling tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to create insightful dashboards.
- Experience working in a fast-paced hardware and software development environment (e.g., robotics, automotive, aerospace, or consumer electronics).
- PMP, Agile certifications (CSM, CPO, SPC), or other relevant project management certification.
- Scaled Agile and/or hybrid agile framework experience with a proven ability to drive alignment and delivery across multiple teams and portfolios.
- Experience managing large-scale tool migrations or enterprise system integrations.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation within PM tools (e.g., Jira automations, API integrations).
- A passion for building efficient systems and a knack for making complex processes simple and intuitive for users.
