Job Title: Senior Java Developer Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week) (local only) Experience: 10+ Years Interview Process: Face-to-Face (F2F) Interview Required lalit@vedicstaffing.com $60/hr Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Java-based technologies, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing Java-based applications. Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from requirements gathering to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and business analysts. Develop and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability. Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best practices and standards. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of professional Java development experience. Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Experience with Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice to Have Exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in front-end technologies (Angular, React) is a plus.
