Job description: • Lead end-to-end design and development of applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture • Define and enforce coding standards, architectural best practices, and design patterns • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Perform code reviews, ensure quality, performance, and security of applications • Manage and mentor the India-based development team, including task allocation, technical guidance, and performance feedback • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment across time zones • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis • Guide the team on database design and optimization using SQL • Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments, and modern DevOps practices • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and capability building for the offshore team
