Job Title: Senior LangGraph + AgenticAI Developer Location: Dallas, TX Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days/week on-site) Employment Type: Contract Contract Duration: 12+ months Hourly Rate: $82.50/hr. on W2 OR $98.61/hr. on C2C Domain: Technology | Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Application Deadline: August 9, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED: Primary (Must-Have): ✔️ 10+ years in software engineering with a minimum of 2+ years utilizing LangGraph or similar advanced agentic frameworks. ✔️ Expert-level proficiency in Python, asynchronous programming, and graph-based computation. ✔️ Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, GenAI fundamentals, prompt engineering, memory management, and stateful agent design. ✔️ Proven track record of building production-grade agentic systems with high reliability, fault tolerance, and CI/CD integration. ✔️ Hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM platforms, alongside expertise in workflow debugging and LangGraph Studio. Secondary (Good to Have): ✔️ Working knowledge and practical experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. ✔️ Familiarity and hands-on experience utilizing Google ADK. ✔️ Advanced capability in defining and applying evaluation metrics for RAG, batch processing, and Agentic AI. ✔️ Experience with comprehensive monitoring and performance optimization of deployed GenAI pipelines. ✔️ Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineering talent and establish enterprise-grade AI development best practices. POSITION OVERVIEW ✔️ We are seeking a highly experienced and technically elite Senior LangGraph Developer to architect and implement cutting-edge agentic workflows within a large-scale enterprise environment. ✔️ This critical role demands deep expertise in conceptualizing and building stateful, multi-agent systems that leverage large language models for complex decision-making, orchestration, and automation. ✔️ The incumbent will be responsible for designing resilient, scalable LangGraph architectures that serve as the foundation for intelligent applications across various business domains. ✔️ Candidates must be prepared to engage in a rigorous, multi-tiered technical evaluation process, including unassisted coding challenges focused on tool calling and intent routing. ✔️ The position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring on-site strategic collaboration three days per week at either the primary Dallas, TX location or the secondary Charlotte, NC hub. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES ✔️ Design and implement sophisticated LangGraph workflows incorporating complex node logic, advanced branching strategies, and efficient memory management. ✔️ Lead the end-to-end development of agentic systems that autonomously interact, reason, and adapt dynamically to complex enterprise data and operational scenarios. ✔️ Integrate LangGraph seamlessly with external APIs, proprietary databases, and foundational LLMs to establish highly reliable, intelligent data pipelines. ✔️ Design, engineer, and deploy Agentic AI models into production environments, ensuring robust performance and strict adherence to latency and scaling requirements. ✔️ Partner strategically with AI researchers and product leadership to translate abstract concepts into robust technical implementations, simultaneously mentoring junior developers to elevate the overall engineering standard.
