Job Title: Software Engineer III
Location: New York, New York (Hybrid)

Experience developing machine learning solutions for Trust & Safety or Online Safety initiatives, including detection and prevention of harmful, abusive, or age-inappropriate content.
Responsibilities
• Design, build, and improve production machine learning systems to detect harmful or sensitive content across multiple modalities.
• Own model development from training data design through evaluation, deployment, and production monitoring.
• Develop robust evaluation frameworks, including standardized datasets and precision/recall analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate content safety needs into scalable technical solutions.
Required:
• 8+ years of experience in building, deploying, and operating machine learning systems in production environments.
• Experience developing machine learning solutions for Trust & Safety or Online Safety initiatives, including detection and prevention of harmful, abusive, or age-inappropriate content.
• Proficiency with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and experience with vision, text, audio, or multimodal models.
• Strong understanding of ML evaluation, including dataset design and precision/recall trade-offs.
• Experience leading technical projects and influencing technical direction within a team or product area.
