About the Role Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the full model lifecycle — from development to deployment — with a strong emphasis on MLOps, CI/CD, and enterprise-scale integration. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Model Development & Deployment • Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable ML models • Apply best practices across training, validation, and deployment workflows 🔹 MLOps & CI/CD Pipeline Management • Design and maintain automated pipelines for model testing, training, and deployment • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives 🔹 Enterprise Data Integration • Integrate models into IBM DB2 and Snowflake environments • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure efficient data flows 🔹 Collaboration & Communication • Partner with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals • Present complex ML concepts to technical and non-technical audiences 🔹 Security & Compliance • Adhere to data security protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations What You Bring ✅ 3–5+ years of experience in machine learning and MLOps ✅ Strong background with IBM DB2, Snowflake, and modern DevOps tools (Jira, Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins) ✅ Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and/or Java ✅ Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes ✅ Experience in regulated industries (finance, banking, or healthcare) is a plus ✅ Strong communication and mentorship skills
