We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics to support marketing strategy and performance measurement through advanced analytics and econometric modeling. This role focuses on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and works closely with marketing, data science, and analytics teams to deliver insights that drive business decisions.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
β’ Support end-to-end Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives across regions
β’ Collect, validate, and manage data inputs required for modeling and analytics projects
β’ Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to review model outputs and provide insights
β’ Develop marketing performance tools and dashboards using Excel and SQL outputs
β’ Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentations for stakeholders
β’ Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination of MMM projects
β’ Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve modeling efficiency and outputs
β’ Present findings and recommendations to marketing and business leadership
Required Qualifications
β’ 2+ years of professional experience in:
β’ Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
β’ Marketing analytics
β’ Quantitative data analysis
β’ Marketing strategy
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Experience working with cross-functional teams in a data-driven environment
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in a related field
β’ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, lookups, data transformation)
β’ Experience with SQL
β’ Familiarity with econometric modeling techniques (e.g., regression modeling)
β’ Experience managing analytics projects
β’ Background in marketing, hospitality, or related industries
