This is a strong opportunity for a Marketing Data Analyst to join a well-established, data-driven organisation on a fixed-term basis, working at the heart of performance marketing decision-making. You will work with large-scale datasets, influence senior stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping marketing strategy through experimentation and insight.
The Role
• Deliver analysis to support performance marketing and customer growth initiatives
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
• Analyse campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights
• Work closely with marketing stakeholders to optimise channel performance
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to drive data best practice
• Contribute to strategic decision making through insight generation and scenario analysis
Your Skills & Experience
• Strong commercial experience analysing digital marketing or customer data
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to work independently with large datasets
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders
• Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments such as tech, fintech, or scale-up businesses
• Exposure to modern data tooling such as dbt is advantageous
