Role description
Job Title: Senior MDM Analyst – Supply Planning Data Validation Candidate located in US Eastern or Central Time Zones are strongly encouraged to apply! We are seeking a Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst to join a global supply chain project. This is a temporary remote contract role focused on ensuring accuracy and consistency of supply planning data across international teams. Role Overview: The Senior MDM Analyst will validate and cleanse supply planning data in close collaboration with business users, planners, and IT teams. The role requires a strong technical background, data analysis expertise, and the ability to clearly communicate data quality issues to both technical and functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Lead data validation activities, reviewing supply planning data line by line with planners and supply chain teams • Identify, log, and track data quality issues, ensuring timely resolution • Build and implement processes to monitor data quality metrics • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to address MDM-related issues • Support international SCM teams, primarily based in the Netherlands and France • Contribute to future ETL project phases (using Appian) if performance aligns with project needs Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, MDM Analyst, or similar role in data stewardship and validation • Strong hands-on skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data validation, reporting, and analysis • Experience working with master data (SKU, Item, BOM) within planning or ERP systems • Proven ability to communicate effectively with functional teams, planners, and IT stakeholders • Knowledge of data governance, data quality metrics, and validation processes Preferred Experience: • Supply chain planning systems, ideally Blue Yonder • Background in life sciences or pharmaceutical industries • Experience with ETL processes and tools Contract Details: • Type: Temporary contract (not contract-to-hire) • Location: Remote • Engagement: 24-40/hr; M-F (3-5 days a week); 8-5 Eastern Time Zone • Duration: 3 Months Initial project with possible extension into ETL phases • This role is an opportunity to work with global supply chain teams and contribute to a critical data initiative ensuring accuracy for a major planning system rollout. • Contract type: W2 or C2C (Only individual consultants). • • • • 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
