Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MDM Developer with 6–8 years of experience in Master Data Management and data integration. The ideal candidate will bring strong ETL development expertise, proficiency in SQL tuning, and hands-on experience with Informatica and other enterprise data integration tools. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, strong communication skills, and the ability to optimize complex data workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ETL data flows for data integration across multiple source systems into databases such as Oracle, Teradata, and others.
Optimize SQL queries and data pipeline performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Leverage Informatica pushdown optimization and partitioning techniques to improve ETL throughput.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support data quality initiatives and ensure accuracy and integrity within the MDM ecosystem.
Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and performance improvements for complex data flows.
Required Skills & Experience
6–8 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) within manufacturing or enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in ETL tools (Informatica preferred).
Proficiency in Oracle, Teradata, and SQL query optimization.
Experience with Informatica pushdown optimization and partitioning.
Knowledge of PL/SQL is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
