Senior MDM (Semarchy) Engineer/Developer OR Lead/Architect Location: 100% REMOTE Contract or Contract-to-hire: $80-135/hr Start Date: Immediately Our client, a mid-sized, forward-thinking consulting firm named one of Forbes’ Best Management Consulting Firms for 15 consecutive years, is growing their 160-person Data Analytics & AI practice. They combine deep industry expertise with modern technology to deliver meaningful, long-term transformations for their clients. We are currently hiring for two key roles: • Senior MDM (Semarchy) Engineer/Developer • Senior MDM (Semarchy) Lead/Architect Both positions offer the chance to work with cutting-edge Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, with a focus on Semarchy, in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. What You’ll Do • Design and implement Semarchy MDM solutions for master data and data quality • Define and optimize data models, workflows, and matching rules • Lead or support data integration and migration efforts • Provide technical best practices to scale enterprise-wide MDM use • Mentor junior team members (for Lead/Architect role) Contract-to-Hire Structure Due to broader market conditions, this role will begin as contract-to-hire. Full-time conversion is already approved for late 2025 or early 2026, and the team is committed to making a long-term hire. Compensation (if converted to FTE) • Engineer/Developer: $100K–$160K + 15% bonus • Lead/Architect: $150K–$210K + 15% bonus • (Rates vary by location, remote vs. onsite, and technical depth — remote hires may fall on the lower end.)
