🚨 We’re Hiring – Senior MongoDB Engineer | Healthcare Project | Remote/Hybrid 🚨 We’re looking for a Senior MongoDB Expert to support one of our healthcare clients on a critical, data-intensive initiative. This is a W2 contract or full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands healthcare data sensitivity, and can lead MongoDB best practices from architecture to optimization. 🩺 Industry Focus: Healthcare 🧠 Project Type: Clinical systems, patient data platforms, real-time reporting, or EMR integration 🔧 Must-Have Experience: • 6+ years with MongoDB in production, including performance tuning & scaling • Deep knowledge of data modeling, indexing, aggregation, replication & sharding • Experience in MongoDB Atlas and/or self-hosted clusters (AWS/Azure) • Hands-on with schema design for healthcare datasets (e.g., HL7, FHIR, or clinical JSON) • Strong grasp of compliance, PHI/PII handling, and secure data practices • Exposure to ETL pipelines, query profiling, and automation workflows • Bonus: Experience with containerization (Docker/K8s) or MongoDB Ops Manager 📍 Location: Remote or Hybrid (if local to client site) 👥 Engagement: W2 preferred (no C2C) 📆 Start Date: ASAP If you’re passionate about data performance and want to work on impactful systems that touch real lives, we’d love to speak with you.
