Senior Observability Engineer
Location: Holmdel, NJ or Bethlehem, PA (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite weekly)

We are seeking a Senior Observability Engineer with strong expertise in AppDynamics, Splunk, OpenTelemetry, AWS, and DevOps practices. This role will focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise observability platforms to provide full-stack visibility across cloud-native and infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and optimize AppDynamics, Splunk, and OpenTelemetry platforms
• Implement MELT-based observability solutions across AWS services (EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, SNS/SQS)
• Build dashboards, alerts, and reporting for actionable monitoring insights
• Integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, and ArgoCD
• Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or JavaScript
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Maintain documentation, onboarding guides, and operational standards
Required Qualifications:
• 5–7+ years in Observability, SRE, Monitoring, or Platform Engineering
• Hands-on experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, and OpenTelemetry
• Strong AWS and Kubernetes observability experience
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and automation scripting
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
