We are recruiting for a client who is supporting their end-users with mission-critical Oracle environments. The team helps organizations implement their Oracle applications and infrastructure. We're seeking a proactive and experienced OIC Developer to lead the technical implementation.
Ideally, this person can start immediately!
Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations and extensions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for both Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM modules.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Optimize existing integrations for performance and scalability, while ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices and client architecture standards

Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, extensions, and related configurations to support long-term maintenance and knowledge sharing.
Key Skills Required
πΈ Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, including REST/SOAP APIs, BIP, FBDI, and PaaS-based extensions.
πΈ Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM applications, with the ability to work across functional boundaries to support end-to-end business processes
πΈ Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to project requirements involving data security and compliance.
πΈ Willingness and ability to travel to Southern California up to 30% of the time, based on client needs and project milestones.
πΈ Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models, with strong communication and collaboration skills to manage deliverables across distributed teams
