Role description
Responsibilities
Lead OpenText Content Server/xECM architecture, administration, and system optimization.
• Design and develop workflows, WebReports, and database integrations (PostgreSQL).
• Implement enterprise integrations using xECM widgets and automation solutions.
• Collaborate in an agile onsite–offshore model, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
Required Skills & Experience
• Expertise in Content Server/xECM architecture & administration for enterprise deployments.
• Strong in WebReports design, workflow development, and Content Server data model.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL (advanced queries, functions) and database integrations.
• Skilled in xECM widget integration, CIS modeling, and business analysis.
• Experience with Linux (RHEL) and AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS).
Preferred Qualifications
• OpenText certifications and knowledge of other OpenText tools (Brava!, Blazon, Archive Center).
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for OpenText deployments.
