π We're Hiring: Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Senior Developer
π Location: Paramus NJ (Hybrid)
π Key Focus Areas:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
β’ Design, develop, and maintain the Oracle CC&B application.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
β’ Develop complex queries, PL/SQL code, and Java code to support the application.
β’ Integrate CC&B with other applications using Inbound Web Services.
β’ Establish and maintain best practices aligned with industry, regulatory, and technical standards.
β’ Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
β’ Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
β’ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.
β’ Proactively monitor service access, availability, performance, and usage.
β’ Provide production support during the day and batch run support at night (on-call).
β’ Support enterprise projects and deployment activities.
β’ Stay current with the latest Oracle CC&B releases, features, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
β’ Bachelorβs degree required, masterβs degree preferred.
β’ Minimum 6 years of experience developing and maintaining Oracle CC&B applications.
Skills & Knowledge:
β’ Extensive experience with recent versions of Oracle CC&B and related Oracle Utilities solutions (C2M, CCS).
β’ Strong skills in Oracle CC&B customizations, including batch jobs, algorithms, change handlers, UI maps, scripts, business objects, business services, and inbound web services.
β’ Proficient in Java programming, SQL, and PL/SQL.
β’ Experience with Hibernate Framework, WebLogic Server, and scripting languages (Perl/Shell/Ant).
β’ Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and XML/JSON data formats.
β’ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
β’ Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab.
β’ Knowledge of enterprise schedulers like Cisco TIDAL or similar tools.
β’ Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Certifications:
β’ Oracle Customer Care and Billing Certification preferred.
