🚀 We're Hiring: Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Senior Developer 📍 Location: Paramus NJ (Hybrid) 🛠 Key Focus Areas: Primary Duties & Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain the Oracle CC&B application. • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Develop complex queries, PL/SQL code, and Java code to support the application. • Integrate CC&B with other applications using Inbound Web Services. • Establish and maintain best practices aligned with industry, regulatory, and technical standards. • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. • Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers. • Proactively monitor service access, availability, performance, and usage. • Provide production support during the day and batch run support at night (on-call). • Support enterprise projects and deployment activities. • Stay current with the latest Oracle CC&B releases, features, and best practices. Qualifications: Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. • Minimum 6 years of experience developing and maintaining Oracle CC&B applications. Skills & Knowledge: • Extensive experience with recent versions of Oracle CC&B and related Oracle Utilities solutions (C2M, CCS). • Strong skills in Oracle CC&B customizations, including batch jobs, algorithms, change handlers, UI maps, scripts, business objects, business services, and inbound web services. • Proficient in Java programming, SQL, and PL/SQL. • Experience with Hibernate Framework, WebLogic Server, and scripting languages (Perl/Shell/Ant). • Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and XML/JSON data formats. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab. • Knowledge of enterprise schedulers like Cisco TIDAL or similar tools. • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Certifications: • Oracle Customer Care and Billing Certification preferred.
