We are currently looking for 'Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Engineer | Rancho Cordova, CA / San Francisco, CA / Oakland, CA / Alpharetta, GA' to support one of our clients with the following skills: Job Title: Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Engineer Location: Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Engineer | Rancho Cordova, CA / San Francisco, CA / Oakland, CA / Alpharetta, GA Work Mode: Hybrid (1–2 Days Onsite per Week) Duration: 12 Months (Contract-to-Hire) Rate: DOE Hiring Manager’s expectations (Mandatory Skills): articulate: Hands-on experience with EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS Groovy/business rules development Data integrations (DM/FDMEE, EPM Automate, APIs, OIC) Must be able to walk through a full implementation they personally owned (build/configuration vs support) a scenario such as designing an EPM planning solution (Modeling, data flow etc) Oracle EPM / Hyperion / Essbase and/or relevant integration skills Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong Oracle EPM Cloud expertise to support enterprise-scale financial planning, consolidation, and reporting initiatives. This is a techno-functional role requiring hands-on development along with strong finance domain understanding. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions • Work across modules: EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting • Develop and manage business rules, calc scripts, Groovy scripts, and automation • Build integrations using DM/FDMEE, REST APIs, OIC, and EPM Automate • Handle data loads, reconciliations, financial close processes, and reporting (BIP) • Optimize system performance, manage upgrades, and enforce governance standards • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT stakeholders • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS required) • Expertise in Cost Allocations & Strategic Modeling • Experience with ARCS, FCCS, and ERP integrations • Hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Strong understanding of General Ledger, Financial Close, and Reconciliations • Experience in BIP (BI Publisher) reporting • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience • Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms • Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud • Knowledge of SOX controls and audit compliance • Oracle EPM certifications (ARCS/FCCS/EPM Cloud) – Preferred Pre-Screening Criteria (Mandatory) • Must be local to Alpharetta, GA • Must be willing to work onsite 1–2 days/week • Must confirm no sponsorship required (now or in future for FTE conversion) Employment Type We are open to candidates on W2, 1099, or C2C.
