Title: Senior Oracle Integration Cloud Developer Location: Remote (Must be based in US) Duration: 6+ months Rate: All-Inclusive Alignment: W2 or C2C Project Overview: Join a long-standing federal financial modernization program within a large civilian agency managing the largest financial system in the federal government. The team is migrating existing SOA integrations into Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for a federal E-Business Suite (EBS) environment supporting financial and grant management processes. Description: • Lead the analysis, design, and development of complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for EBS financials. • Oversee re-platforming of SOA integrations, ensuring adherence to architecture and security standards. • Provide technical leadership during requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation phases. • Perform integration testing, tuning, and production migration activities. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. • Collaborate across a distributed federal environment, supporting integrations with multiple federal partner systems and Treasury environments. Requirements: • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle integration experience, including OIC and prior Oracle SOA Suite or Oracle Middleware experience. Public Sector or Federal integration projects is preferred. • 3+ years specifically in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development, including designing, building, and managing complex integrations with Oracle SaaS, ERP Cloud, and on-premise systems. • Hands on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) financial modules. Experience in federal financials or grant management strongly preferred. • Familiarity with XML, SOAP/REST services, and integration patterns. • Excellent communication with strong documentation and troubleshoot skills. • Active Public Trust clearance required. Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.
