Our client, a leading organization in data-driven solutions, is seeking a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Data Engineering Lead / Feature Lead(Solutions Engineer III) to join their team. As a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Data Engineering Lead / Feature Lead(Solutions Engineer III), you will be part of the Data Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Senior Oracle PL/SQL Data Engineering Lead / Feature Lead(Solutions Engineer III) Location: Jersey City, NJ OR New York, NY OR Addison, TX OR Charlotte, NC What's the Job? • Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and translate them into scalable database-based technical solutions. • Analyze existing business processes and design Oracle-centric optimizations, automation, and workflow improvements. • Gather and document functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for incoming requests. • Assist users and development teams with application testing, data validation, and troubleshooting Oracle/Vertica database processes. • Document end-to-end processes, database procedures, workflow logic, and operational runbooks. What's Needed? • 10+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and data engineering. • Proven experience leading offshore teams and client-facing projects. • Strong knowledge of database solutions including Oracle, Vertica, and MS SQL. • Experience with Shell scripting, Python, and workload scheduling tools like Autosys. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
