Candidate Requirements:
Must be local to Westlake, TX.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and analytics technologies.
Expert in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers).
Strong experience with ETL tools, particularly Informatica Power Center.
Experience in scripting and automation using Unix and Python in a data engineering environment.
Extensive knowledge of relational databases like Oracle, including performance tuning techniques.
Solid understanding of data warehousing patterns and dimensional modeling techniques using Oracle.
Proven experience building scalable data integration patterns in both cloud-based and on-prem environments.
Familiarity with batch scheduling tools such as Control-M and Autosys.
Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools like OBIEE/OAS.
Proficient in using GitHub for source code management (SCM) in a data engineering context.
Experience working in Agile project environments.
