Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Hybrid: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Location: Addison, TX
W2 Candidates with 12-month validity

As a Oracle PL/SQL Developer, you will:
Responsibilities:
Requirements gathering into Business Requirements Documents
Translating requirements and come up with into technical design artifacts with right amount of data mapping and analysis, and story writing, flow diagrams, test plans, use cases and scenarios.
Understand LOB stakeholder needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem.
Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests, to comply with bank standards and policies.
Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and assist with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design. develop technical design artifacts for data procedures and data workflows associated with applications.
Build adhoc/canned reports serving Tech/LOB needs
Assist users and development teams in application data testing to validate functional and system needs.
Required Qualifications:
Experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology is a must have
Requirements gathering into Business Requirements Documents,
Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI with SDLC knowledge
Strong understanding Data Architecture having strong data analysis/exploration skills
Experience with Relational Oracle SQL/PLSQL programming skills with Oracle database supporting high performance DB services
Proficiency with SQL query tuning, partitioning, performance optimization, indexing
Proficiency with Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, Materialized Views, Sequences, DB Objects
Proficiency with DB schema and table design, logical/physical design, normalization/denormalization
Ability to analyze various Oracle reports like SQL trace, tkprof , tuning advisor, ADDM etc and suggest improvements
Experience with Extract-Transform-Load ETL processes
Experience with Source Control: BitBucket/GIT, Subversion (SVN), Perforce, or similar
Experience with Agile development with test driven development- Experience on handling of cross functional issues by coordinating with distributed development teams across the time zones .
Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently and adapt to a constantly changing Agie environment to meet the department deliverables.
