Miracle Software Systems is looking for Senior Oracle Technical Analyst @ Cleveland, OH.
Job Role: Senior Technical Analyst
Location: Cleveland, OH
Duration: 6 Months(CTH)
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business users, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Analyze and resolve item master data issues across ERP systems and integrated platforms such as PDH and PLM.
Support data migration, cleansing, enrichment, and validation during ERP implementations or upgrades.
Perform mass data loads, web area updates, and Excel-based data handling activities.
Validate and troubleshoot data using Oracle SQL / PL-SQL queries.
Participate in UAT, system testing, and production deployments related to item data changes.
Coordinate with integration teams to ensure accurate data flow between source systems and ERP platforms.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and process improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst or similar ERP-focused role.
Strong understanding of ERP Item Master data, including attributes and category structures.
Hands-on experience with Oracle R12, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
Experience with PLM, PDH, or MDM platforms is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Cloud-based PLM systems.
Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing business processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
