Role description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to lead our organization through transitions and transformations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. This role requires a proactive approach to managing change initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder engagement. U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) Responsibilities may include the following: β€’ Establishes a structured OCM methodology to maximize adoption. Leads organizational change management activities. Identifies and mitigates adoption risks and issues. β€’ Develops a communication strategy. β€’ Develops an enablement strategy. Drives the execution of marketing and messaging initiatives. β€’ Plans, develops, and delivers comprehensive learning programs and tracks enablement execution. β€’ Ensures the entire organization knows how to use the platform to achieve the best employee experience. β€’ Serves as a liaison to stakeholders to promote program awareness and generate overall support for program activities and achievement of program objectives. Identify and assess risks, issues, and opportunities with impacts for stakeholders and work with leadership to mitigate issues/risks. Additional Requirements: β€’ At least seven years of experience performing the functions associated with this labor category. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to others, including business stakeholders. Ability to develop a fit-gap analysis of deficiencies with mitigation strategy. Ability to use facts and data with storytelling to develop key Enterprise and Operational messages. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and via presentations) with a strong ability to convey strategy and action plans in a clear and concise manner, face to face or virtual. Experience working under deadlines and with multiple project workstreams. β€’ Strategic analysis and planning experience. β€’ Knowledge of how organizational design, organizational culture, or business process improvement support organizational mission. β€’ Knowledge of change management principles and best practices. β€’ Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLCs), including DevOps, Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall. β€’ Software implementation experience. β€’ Data analytics and visualization experience. β€’ Experience conducting a learning needs analysis, developing a learning plan, and applying the knowledge to establish learning material. Proactively seeks solutions to problems. β€’ Able to exercise good judgment by making timely and effective, well-informed decisions. Experience working under deadlines and with multiple project workstreams. Ability to understand the big picture and the inter- relationships, including the impact of changes in one area on another area. Able to effectively lead and thrive in ambiguity while developing/maintaining an organizational vision. Eligibility Requirements (Federal Project):U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) – required by federal contract guidelines.Must successfully pass a background investigation.Will be required to securely provide Personal Identifiable Information (PII) during the clearance process.Will be required to have a photo taken for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) badge issuance.May be required to appear on-site for PIV card processing.
