Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a payroll, accounting, finance, or related analyst role • General understanding of payroll processes and accounting principles (payroll data, reconciliations, reporting, GL-related processes) Nice to Have Skills & Experience • PeopleSoft FSCM (General Ledger) experience • PeopleSoft HCM Commitment Accounting experience • Experience with payroll distribution and payroll accounting • Project Management certification • System implementation or optimization experience • Training and end-user support experience • Audit and year-end close experience • Business intelligence and reporting experience • ERP system optimization experience • Healthcare industry experience Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Payroll Data Analyst for a leading healthcare organization. This individual will serve as a key subject matter expert supporting enterprise-wide payroll distribution, commitment accounting, and PeopleSoft HCM operations. The role sits at the intersection of payroll and finance, ensuring payroll transactions are accurately distributed, reconciled, and posted to the General Ledger. This person will lead testing efforts for system enhancements, maintain critical payroll accounting data, perform complex reconciliations, support reporting and analytics initiatives, and partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex payroll and system-related challenges, and can work independently within a lean, collaborative team.
