Job Title: Senior Pega Architect – CDH

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega Architect with strong Customer Decision Hub (CDH) expertise to lead and deliver complex, enterprise-level Pega implementations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on architecture and development, mentoring teams, and working closely with business stakeholders in a hybrid onsite environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing scalable Pega solutions, driving CDH and Next-Best-Action strategies, and ensuring best practices are followed across the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Pega PRPC applications (v6.x, v7.x, and above), with a strong focus on Pega CDH
Architect and implement Customer Decision Hub strategies, including Next-Best-Action (NBA) and advanced decisioning frameworks
Partner with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective Pega solutions
Provide hands-on architectural and technical guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
Design and optimize business processes, decision rules, and data models following Pega best practices and guardrails
Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, security, and quality standards
Conduct code reviews, enforce Pega guardrails, and maintain high development standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, testing, and production environments
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and client teams in a hybrid onsite setting
Mentor junior developers and act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for Pega CDH initiatives
Work with database teams using SQL and PL/SQL to support integrations, reporting, and performance optimization
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in Pega PRPC
6+ years of deep Pega development and architecture experience on large-scale, enterprise implementations
Strong and proven expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
Mandatory CDH certification (CPDC or equivalent)
Solid experience across the full Pega implementation lifecycle, from requirements and design through deployment and support
Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engine (BRE) using Pega
Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC 6.x / 7.x and above
Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
Excellent understanding of Pega integrations, performance tuning, and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in client-facing roles
Certifications (Mandatory):
Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) / CDH Certification
Nice to Have:
Experience with Python
Exposure to Apache Airflow
