β’ Senior People Analytics Analyst to support a leading advanced technology organization in scaling and strengthening its people analytics function. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-impact workforce reporting, dashboards, and insights that support strategic decision-making across People, Talent, and business leadership teams.
The ideal candidate is an experienced analytics professional who can translate complex people data into clear, actionable insights while contributing to the evolution of reporting standards, metrics, and analytics capabilities.

Type: Contract (6-9 months), with potential to extend and/or convert
Pay:Β $60-$75/hr + (W2; flexible, DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
β’ Build and maintain people analytics reports and data extracts from HR systems (HCM, ATS, and related platforms).
β’ Develop executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
β’ Partner with People, Talent, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate data needs into scalable analytics solutions.
β’ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.
β’ Contribute to the development of standardized workforce metrics, KPIs, and reporting practices.
Qualifications:
β’ 6+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, or HR reporting.
β’ Strong hands-on experience with HR systems (UKG and Lever strongly preferred).
β’ Advanced Power BI dashboarding and data visualization skills.
β’ Strong data extraction and analysis capabilities (SQL or similar tools).
β’ Deep understanding of workforce and talent metrics across the employee lifecycle.
β’ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred:
β’ Experience in high-growth or technology-driven organizations.
β’ Exposure to data modeling for HR analytics.
β’ Experience scaling analytics from ad-hoc reporting to more mature frameworks.
Estimated Min Rate: $52.50
Estimated Max Rate: $75.00
