You will lead on the delivery of organisational wide reporting, including Board level and ESG Metrics. This is a pivotal role which has become available as a result of internal career development, which we are proud to share as we have a lot of these at SettleParadigm and positively encourage such moves.
The 12 month fixed term contract role is hybrid requiring regular office attendance for at least 2 days per week in our High Wycombe location, with the remainder at home or remote.

If you're ready to grow your career in a supportive, inclusive environment while helping to shape stronger communities, we’d love to welcome you on our journey. Together, we’re building a better future.

• Analyse large, complex datasets to provide actionable insight
• Champion data quality, identifying issues and driving cleansing activity
• Support our transition to a new data warehouse and migrate legacy reporting
• Work with BI teams to map tables and scope SQL needs
• Publish reports securely and ensure the right people see the right data
• Experience of reporting KPIs
Must haves:
• Brilliant at building user dashboards and providing insight into the data for our operational teams
• Diligent with exceptional attention to detail and be comfortable in challenging conventional wisdom
• Strong Power BI skills with ability learn your way around large data sets and warehouses.
• Adept at getting 'under the hood' of poor performance, understanding the key drivers and able to articulate problems in the most appropriate and understandable way in order that our Operations teams can use the data to drive performance improvements
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with operational delivery databases and complex datasets
• Clear communicator able to engage stakeholders at all levels; explaining ad translating in an easy to understand format for respective audiences
• Organised and methodical
• Good knowledge and previous experience with SQL
• Ability to build impactful dashboards that are meaningful for KPI reporting
Nice to haves:
• DAX knowledge, experience with SharePoint/OneDrive/Planner/Power Apps, statistical analysis training, or housing data experience.
For added brilliance:
• Experience in social housing or property sector
