Job Title: Senior Platform Analyst – CMS & Contracts
Location: Irving TX, onsite 3 days a week
Salary Range: $60-65/hr W2
6 month contractIntroduction
We are seeking a Senior Platform Analyst – CMS & Contracts AI to lead the definition, documentation, and optimization of end-to-end business processes for our Pramata Contract Management System (CMS). This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, partnering closely with legal, procurement, sales, and accounting teams. The ideal candidate understands both contract lifecycle management and AI-driven contract analysis, with a passion for leveraging Contracts AI to drive efficiency and risk mitigation.Key Responsibilities
• Define and document end-to-end business processes, workflows, and system requirements for the Pramata CMS.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, procurement, sales, and accounting to translate business needs into system functionality.
• Partner with BTPO and technical teams to identify solution options, prioritize features, and support implementation.
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and maintain the clause library, templates, approval routing, and metadata structures.
• Ensure system configurations align with contract risk policies and compliance standards.
• Support integrations with platforms such as CRM, ERP, and e-signature tools.
• Lead user testing, training, and change management to drive adoption.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to recommend continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or procurement (required).
• 3+ years in a business analyst, product owner, or systems implementation capacity.
• Deep understanding of contract lifecycle stages, risk management, and obligations.
• Familiarity with contract templates, negotiation processes, and approval workflows.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as Pramata, Ironclad, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or Conga.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience applying or managing AI-based contract analysis or extraction tools.
• Background in process improvement or legal technology implementation.
• Strong interest in Contracts AI trends and emerging automation technologies.
