Hiring: Senior Power BI Developer Atlanta, GA (4 Days Hybrid) Local candidates Only 6+ Months Contract Role 12+ Years of Experience We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Power BI Developer to design and develop enterprise reporting solutions, Executive Leadership Dashboards, Data Quality Reports, and advanced analytics dashboards. Strong expertise in: • Power BI Desktop & Service • DAX, Power Query, and SQL • Data Modeling & Data Warehousing • Executive Reporting & Dashboard Development • Data Validation and Performance Optimization. Description: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business objectives and reporting vision. Lead the development of key reporting initiatives, including Executive Leadership Dashboards (ELD), Data Quality Readiness Reports, and Gap Assessment dashboards. Create and optimize complex DAX measures, calculations, and queries to support business reporting requirements. 10+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query. Advanced proficiency in DAX for creating measures, KPIs, calculated columns, and complex business logic. Experience supporting Executive Leadership Dashboards (ELD) and executive-level reporting. Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration concepts. Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, or similar data orchestration Microsoft Power BI certification or other relevant BI certifications. Experience with Microsoft Fabric and advanced Power BI features. Exposure to Python, R, or other analytics tools. Experience implementing row-level security (RLS), deployment pipelines, and enterprise reporting standards.
