Role: Senior PowerBI Developer
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 3-6 months
Rates: DOE
Interview: Two rounds of Video conversations

Required Skills:
6+ years of experience in Power BI development, with at least 1โ2 years in Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
Proven expertise in DirectLake, Lakehouse, and OneLake architecture.
Strong understanding of Premium capacity management, including workload optimization and governance.
Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and Dataflows Gen2.
Experience with deployment pipelines, workspace governance, and row-level security.
Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Databricks, or Synapse is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate or Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
Experience in enterprise data platform modernization or migration to Fabric.
Background in data strategy, report rationalization, or metadata-driven development.
