💼 Job Title: Senior Power Platform Developer (Hybrid – Richmond, VA)
📍 Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
🕒 Duration: 8+ Months Contract
💲 Rate: Up to $75/hr (W2)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join our team for a long-term project. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable business applications.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate workflows.
• Create and configure Power Pages for internal and external use.
• Work with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, PowerShell Scripting, and SPFx.
• Perform customization, configuration, and development within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance automation and productivity.
• Lead workshops for functionality discovery and requirements gathering.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions using the Power Platform.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across D365 and Power Platform environments.
• Develop documentation, design solutions, and mockups for proposed applications.
• Implement DevOps practices in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator).
• Participate actively in Agile SDLC processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
• Strong background in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and SPFx.
• Proficiency in .Net, JavaScript, and C# for custom development.
• Experience with Data Integrations and Migrations using Azure Synapse or Azure Data Factory.
• Minimum 8 years of total IT experience.
• Experience implementing DevOps in Power Platform/D365 environments.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 customization (Forms, Views, Plug-ins, Workflows, BPFs).
• Certifications in PowerApps Developer or Power Platform Professional are a plus.
