Role Overview:
TAS is seeking three (3) Senior Power Platform Developers to support a high-impact digital modernization project for a U.S. public sector client. This is a 6-month, 1099 contract-to-hire position that is primarily remote, with occasional, pre-scheduled travel to Saint Paul, MN (with at least two weeks’ notice for any onsite work).
You’ll play a key role in designing and launching a Power Platform-based digital solution to support the client’s Petrofund Program, using Agile methodologies and Azure Government Cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build user-centric applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Develop ADA-compliant applications meeting WCAG 2.1 standards
• Integrate with Azure SQL, Azure BLOB/File Storage, and Azure Active Directory
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
• Design multilingual, mobile-responsive user experiences
• Document technical architecture and conduct knowledge transfer
• Mentor other developers and support DevOps practices for CI/CD
Expected Deliverables:
• Fully functional web portal, backend system, and workflow automations for the Petrofund Program
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years of Power Apps development (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)
• 1+ year of Power BI or equivalent BI tool experience
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems
• Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Pages
• Deep understanding of Agile product development
• Experience building ADA/WCAG 2.1-compliant and multilingual applications
• Proficiency with Azure AD, DevOps pipelines, and secure cloud deployments
• Strong collaboration, mentoring, and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
• Prior development on Azure Government Cloud
• Managing complex data sources and varied structures
• Delivering solutions in public sector or regulated environments
Engagement Details:
