Role description
Classification: Contract Contract Length: 6-months Position Summary The Senior Product Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for Helix, an internally developed application supporting key functions in the Revenue Cycle, including the Inpatient Authorization Team (IPAT), Centralized Physician Advisor Team (CPAT), Rehab Team, and Facility Behavioral Health Team. In this role, you drive the design, documentation, configuration, and continuous improvement of Helix and related technology solutions. You collaborate closely with developers, analysts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to build and execute the product roadmap, ensure operational alignment, and enhance clinical workflows across authorization and denial management. Responsibilities β€’ Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from design through development, testing, release, and maintenance. β€’ Partner with business owners to define enhancements, perform root cause analysis, resolve system issues, and support new features and implementations. β€’ Create and maintain business process maps, data models, workflow documentation, and system integration specifications. β€’ Conduct workflow analysis, including current vs. future state mapping, gap assessments, risk identification, and mitigation planning. β€’ Perform data analysis and recommend system or process changes that impact end users and enterprise operations. β€’ Provide Tier III technical support, including validation of upgrades, fixes, and new functionality prior to release. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and deliver high-quality solutions. β€’ Create metrics and measurement frameworks to support operational visibility and performance improvement. β€’ Develop prototypes and mockups to accelerate design and development iterations. β€’ Document repeatable, compliant processes aligned with Parallon and HCA development standards. β€’ Participate in on-call rotations for release deployments, and platform support. Requirements β€’ Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. β€’ Experience with enterprise application deployment from design through support. β€’ Demonstrated skills in business process mapping and technical documentation. β€’ Experience troubleshooting end-user access and data issues in a large corporate environment. β€’ Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to multitask and support prioritization across concurrent assignments. β€’ Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies quickly. β€’ Proven ability to deliver complex features, End -to-End. β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Management, or equivalent experience (optional substitution allowed).
