We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to support a cross-functional Salesforce CRM product team. This team is focused on delivering scalable, high-impact CRM solutions using Agile methodologies. The Product Analyst will work closely with internal and external development resources and be embedded in a business-led product structure.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the product backlog.
β’ Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends and insights.
β’ Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
β’ Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure product quality.
β’ Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and actionable product backlog.
β’ Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

β’ Product Owner: Business-led
β’ Salesforce Developers: Onshore and offshore
β’ Salesforce QA Testers: Offshore
β’ Salesforce Business Analysts: Onshore

Qualifications:
β’ 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in Agile environments.
β’ Proven experience supporting Salesforce CRM implementations.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
β’ Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors.
β’ Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) preferred.
Preferred Skills:
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and AppExchange integrations.
β’ Experience in utility or energy sector CRM projects is a plus.
β’ Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to evolving priorities.
