About the Role
The Senior Business Analyst will partner with business and technology teams to design, build, and maintain technical products. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements, creating workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data flows, as well as supporting user testing and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Communicate clearly with business partners and peers, asking the right questions to understand needs and impacts.
β’ Conduct interviews with stakeholders to define business problems, opportunities, and scalable solution options.
β’ Gather, analyze, and document requirements (current vs. future state workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mapping, UI wireframes).
β’ Lead and influence cross-functional teams, helping them reach consensus on operating models and policies.
β’ Provide guidance to development teams and product owners on application enhancements.
β’ Support testing, data validation, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree required.
β’ 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in business analysis.
β’ Strong skills in querying, mapping, and documenting data.
β’ Proven ability to translate business needs into tailored solutions.
β’ Experience with Agile, Lean, or Kanban development methodologies.
β’ Advanced use of tools like Excel, Lucid, SQL, Jira, Tableau.
β’ Skilled in documenting workflows, data mapping, and analysis goals across the project lifecycle.
β’ Ability to facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions.
β’ Strong time management, able to juggle multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
β’ Comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
