Role description
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
· 10+ years of experience as a Product Data Engineer / Test Engineer in the semiconductor domain.
· Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (Advantest, or equivalent).
· Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics, test methodologies, and yield analysis.
· Familiarity with DFT (Design for Testability), STIL/WGL, and test pattern debugging.
· Strong programming skills in Python/ SQL for ATE test program development and data automation.
· VLSI Architect (ATE, Silicon testing)
