Senior Product Owner/Analyst

Role: Senior product owner/analyst Location – Hybrid role 3-4 days to office New York (LOCALS ONLY) Experience: 10+ Years Lead a cross functional squad to translate business outcomes into an executable, prioritized backlog, optimize flow (Kanban), and drive incremental value delivery. Job responsibilities: • Own and curate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog. • Facilitate agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban). • Coordinate delivery across internal/external dependencies. • Partner with stakeholders to maintain roadmap/backlog. • Champion quality, controls, and documentation. Top skills: • 8–12+ years in product ownership/analysis. • Strong Agile and/or Kanban product delivery. • Scrum Master capability; certifications a plus. • Excellent stakeholder management and product discovery. • Ability to navigate risk/compliance in financial services. • Experience in credit ratings / fixed income / risk domains. • Exposure to analytics platforms (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL. Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Preferred: CSM/PSM/SAFe, Alteryx Designer Core/Advanced, Tableau Desktop. Work arrangement & compliance: • Hybrid/onsite as per team location and role. • Adherence to client’s security, privacy, and change management standards. How success will be measured (first 90 days): • Backlog clarity (definition of ready/done). • Sprint predictability and flow metrics. • UAT sign offs and stakeholder satisfaction.
