Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer to join our team as a Programmer Analyst 6. This role is ideal for a front-end specialist who is passionate about crafting intuitive user experiences and implementing clean, modern interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex business requirements into elegant, user-centered designs.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design modern, responsive user interfaces for enterprise-level web applications.
β’ Translate UI/UX mockups into pixel-perfect front-end code using HTML, CSS (or Tailwind/SASS), and JavaScript/TypeScript.
β’ Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
β’ Use design tools like Adobe XD or Figma to develop prototypes and interactive wireframes.
β’ Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
β’ Optimize applications for performance and accessibility.
β’ Maintain a consistent design system and contribute to UI standards.
Required Qualifications:
β’ 5+ years of experience designing and implementing UI/UX for business web apps.
β’ Expert-level proficiency with Adobe XD, Figma, or similar design/prototyping tools.
β’ Strong front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, Tailwind/SASS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
β’ Experience converting designs into reusable, responsive front-end components.
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools like Azure DevOps.
β’ Experience with modern build tools: Webpack, Babel, NPM.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
β’ A portfolio showcasing recent UI/UX and front-end development work.
Preferred Skills:
β’ Experience with React and Material UI (MUI).
β’ Familiarity with .NET, .NET Web APIs, REST APIs, and C#.
β’ Ability to develop Power BI reports.
β’ Awareness of current trends and best practices in front-end development and UX design.
