The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, system design, and modern frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, UI) Perform code reviews and ensure best coding practices Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance Participate in architecture and technical design discussions Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in Python development Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Hands-on with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures, and Design Patterns Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: Experience with data processing, automation, or machine learning is a plus Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Eligibility: Open to candidates with H1B, H4 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizenship Must be willing to work on-site or relocate within the USA Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience Long-term opportunity with reputed clients Benefits and career growth opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $69.26 - $78.78 per hour Work Location: In person
