About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable ETL solutions and hands-on experience with PySpark, dbt, and SQL. This role involves close collaboration with a globally distributed team to design, develop, and optimize data solutions in support of our investment management business. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and technical leader who thrives in client-facing environments. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Python, PySpark, dbt, and related frameworks β€’ Write efficient and optimized SQL queries across Oracle and MS SQL Server environments β€’ Collaborate with a global, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions β€’ Participate in solution design and contribute to architecture discussions β€’ Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver value-driven solutions β€’ Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed Must-Have Qualifications β€’ Strong Python development with emphasis on object-oriented programming β€’ Hands-on experience with PySpark, dbt, or similar ETL frameworks β€’ Proficiency in SQL, with expertise in Oracle and MS SQL β€’ Experience working in globally distributed teams β€’ Excellent collaboration, communication, and client engagement skills β€’ Ability to contribute to design and architecture decisions β€’ Background in investment management (Asset Management or Wealth Management) Nice-to-Have Skills β€’ Familiarity with AWS services (S3, EKS, containerization) β€’ Experience with Autosys and Informatica PowerCenter β€’ Knowledge of shell scripting and Unix commands β€’ Exposure to .NET
