Role: Senior Reporting & ETL Analyst Location: Remote Duration : Long term contrat What You’ll Do: • Design, develop, and manage ETL processes using Informatica, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and SSIS • Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau • Create and maintain robust SQL-based data warehousing solutions • Translate complex data into actionable insights to support business decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and data governance best practices • Contribute to AI-enabled data strategies in healthcare analytics • Work closely with stakeholders, providing expert-level communication and engagement What We're Looking For: • 10+ years of ETL Tools (Informatica, ADF, SSIS) • 8+ years of Reporting Tools (Power BI, Tableau) • 12+ years of SQL & Data Warehousing • 6+ years of Healthcare/Insurance Domain Knowledge • 5+ years of Agile/Scrum Methodology • 12+ years of Communication & Stakeholder Engagement • 1–2 years of Agentic AI Data Enablement • 2–3 years of Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS) • 5+ years of Data Governance & Compliance (HIPAA)
