Job Description
Senior Analyst, Revenue Management
Employment Type: Freelance
Location: Hybrid β Onsite MondayβThursday (remote eligible on Friday)
Duration: 3/30/26 β 11/27/26
Pay Rate: $52.30/hour
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Management will design, implement, and optimize revenue management and pricing strategies across high-impact guest-facing products. This role leverages advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and performance measurement to drive strong financial outcomes across products such as priority access programs, Food & Beverage, Merchandise, and other ancillary revenue streams.
As a senior individual contributor, you will own end-to-end pricing analytics workstreams, from data preparation and model execution through to actionable recommendations and post-implementation analysis. You will also provide mentoring and guidance to junior analysts, helping elevate analytical rigor and storytelling across the team.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Implement, execute, and refine revenue management models that capture guest price elasticity and demand dynamics for all guest-facing products.
β’ Support and enhance the automation of revenue management decision-making, identifying opportunities to drive incremental profitability through experimentation and optimization.
β’ Prepare, cleanse, and structure large datasets (transactions, pricing history, seasonality, volume, penetration, per caps, and related KPIs) to support accurate modeling and scenario analysis.
β’ Run, monitor, and calibrate predictive and optimization models; assess model accuracy, adjust parameters, and recommend pricing changes that maximize revenue and profit.
β’ Measure market response and demand sensitivity at product, category, location, and portfolio levels, and synthesize insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
β’ Develop and deliver weekly and annual pricing recommendations in partnership with product owners and senior business leaders, tracking outcomes and iterating as needed.
β’ Design, build, and maintain dashboards and performance reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to monitor pricing performance, elasticity trends, and key metrics.
β’ Collaborate with data science and technology teams to diagnose and resolve modeling or optimization anomalies, ensuring robustness and reliability of pricing outputs.
β’ Coach and mentor junior team members on revenue optimization strategies, pricing analysis methods, data interpretation, and effective communication of analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Prepare and deliver presentations to senior executives, clearly framing analytical insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations in the context of business objectives.
β’ Adhere to and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs by following established policies, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
β’ Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
β’ Bachelorβs degree required in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.
β’ Masterβs degree or PhD in a relevant discipline strongly preferred.
Experience

β’ Experience operating in a data-driven environment with measurable financial impact, ideally within hospitality, travel, entertainment, retail, or similar industries.
β’ Demonstrated history of leading complex analytical projects and influencing stakeholders through data-based recommendations.
Skills & Abilities
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data manipulation, and model support.
β’ Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms for dashboard creation and insight communication.
β’ Working knowledge of SQL and Python (or similar tools) for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets preferred.
β’ Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex business problems into analytical components.
β’ Comfort working with and interpreting complex statistical or optimization models, including understanding model limitations and assumptions.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytical concepts in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner.
β’ Proven collaboration and interpersonal skills, with experience partnering across cross-functional teams and levels of seniority.
β’ High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering analytical best practices and continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements
