Role description
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development or Automation.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (v11 and/or A360).Experience with task bots, meta bots, and control room configuration.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, APIs, and web services.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Automation Anywhere Master or Advanced Certified.
• Experience with other RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud-based automation and OCR tools like IQ Bot.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
