Job Details Type: 1+ year Contract Pay Information: Open Bid Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid) Role Overview As a Senior Sales Analyst, you will focus on delivering comprehensive business analysis and insights related to Sales Teams and cross-functional partners within the Commercial Business. You will manage process improvement projects, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to the Commercial Leadership Team. The Diabetes Operating Unit aims to transform diabetes care by expanding access, integrating care, and improving outcomes, allowing individuals with diabetes greater freedom and better health. Day in the Life β€’ Develops and maintains forecasting models based on sales and external data. β€’ Assesses sales team effectiveness and supports cross-functional partners. β€’ Develops strategies for process optimization and standardization. β€’ Conducts data analysis to identify trends and report performance. β€’ Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure optimal sales execution and growth. Your Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years Sales, Marketing, or Project Management experience. β€’ OR Advance degree with 2+ years Sales, Marketing, or Project Management experience. β€’ SQL and Tableau/PowerBI experience helpful. β€’ Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) is beneficial. β€’ Experience in Business Analytics, preferably in Sales Operations or Finance.
