Senior SAP FICO Analyst (S/4HANA)

Location: Onsite Moline, IL Job Summary STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Analyst (S/4HANA) on behalf of our client in Moline, IL. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP Finance professional with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, and enterprise finance operations. The selected candidate will serve as a key subject matter expert supporting finance transformation initiatives, optimizing financial processes, and delivering scalable SAP solutions across Finance and Controlling functions. The role requires strong functional expertise, business process understanding, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the SAP FICO Subject Matter Expert across Finance, Controlling, and Product Costing areas. • Configure, support, and enhance SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions. • Support taxation, intercompany accounting, compliance, and financial reporting processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. • Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. • Work closely with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, enhancements, and RICEFW objects. • Perform financial analysis, reconciliations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. • Support system testing, deployments, upgrades, and ongoing production support. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO. • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal and Fiori applications. • Experience with: • Taxation and Intercompany Accounting • Cost Center Accounting (CCA) • Internal Orders • Product Costing • P2P and O2C process integration • Strong finance and accounting domain knowledge. • Experience working within enterprise-level SAP environments. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation initiatives. • Knowledge of parallel ledger and multi-GAAP accounting concepts. • Experience with third-party integrations and interface management. • Exposure to RICEFW objects and SAP custom development processes. • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative team environments.
