Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior SAP MDG Analyst in Grapevine, TX. Key Responsibilities:
β’ Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Working with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP MDG
β’ Solution Design and Configuration: Designing and configuring SAP MDG solutions, including data models, workflows, and user interfaces, to meet business requirements
β’ Data Modeling and Governance: Developing and maintaining data models within SAP MDG, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
β’ Workflow Development: Designing and configuring workflows within SAP MDG to manage the creation, maintenance, and approval of master data
β’ Testing and Validation: Developing and executing test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality of SAP MDG solutions
β’ Troubleshooting and Support: Providing support for end-users, troubleshooting issues related to SAP MDG, and resolving data-related errors
β’ Documentation and Training: Creating and maintaining documentation for SAP MDG solutions, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials
β’ Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and other IT teams, to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of SAP MDG
Requirements
β’ SAP MDG Expertise: At least 10 years of working as Master Data governance lead; Deep knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance, including its capabilities, configuration, and best practices
β’ Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of various business processes that rely on master data, such as materials management, customer and vendor management
β’ Workflow Development: Experience in developing and configuring workflows within SAP MDG
β’ Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience in developing and executing test plans for SAP MDG solutions
β’ Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business users and technical teams
β’ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
β’ Working with interfaces to other systems, such as partner systems or legacy systems, to ensure seamless data exchange
β’ Security and Compliance: Ensuring that SAP MDG solutions comply with security policies and regulatory requirements
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
