Job Title: Senior SCCM / Endpoint Management Engineer Location: Columbus, OH 43229 - Onsite Duration : 12 Months About the Role: We are looking for a Senior SCCM / Endpoint Management Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will lead desktop and endpoint modernization projects, including Windows 10 to 11 upgrades, application packaging, and mobile device management using Microsoft Intune. You will also mentor IT staff, establish SCCM best practices, and help streamline our desktop environment. Key Responsibilities: • Update and optimize Group Policies to improve system performance. • Automate Windows 10 → Windows 11 upgrades using PowerShell and SCCM. • Package and deploy applications (MSI, UWP) via SCCM. • Manage and migrate devices using Microsoft Intune. • Mentor IT staff and establish SCCM/endpoint management best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support business needs. Qualifications & Skills: • 12+ years' experience with SCCM / MECM. • Microsoft Intune / SCCM certifications required • Strong PowerShell, GPO, and application packaging skills. • Leadership, mentoring, and excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
