Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities
This role is integral to the team's function of mitigating risk and reducing costs, specifically within data protection. Your primary focus for the first six months will be to document current team processes to build a comprehensive playbook. This requires meticulous note-taking that is legible and well-organized. A key goal is to enable a smooth "lift and shift" to new products, potentially moving from on-premise to cloud-based solutions depending on product selection.
The manager is looking for an individual with an engineering background who understands how data integration tools work, as this will be crucial for building out the playbook.
Required Technical Skills (6+ yearsβ experience)
β’ Business Analysis documentation experience
β’ Extensive DLP knowledge - Engineering and policy space
β’ Netskope
β’ Microsoft (purview DLP)
β’ Manager is fine with the candidate having experience with at least one of these: Palo Alto, Trellix, zscaler, ProofPoint, Symantec (please specify which DLP tool your candidate has experience with)
Desired Skills (Flex Skills)
β’ Data Scientist background
β’ Big Data experience, particularly with Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) tools.
Soft Skills
β’ Excellent communication skills.
